Through the Paytronix platform, we collect information to manage your rewards and orders:

• Identifiers include name, electronic mail address, and phone number.
• Wally's Rewards include points balance, favorite orders, and redemption history.
• Transaction Data includes details of your orders and payment history handled securely via encrypted third-party processors.
• Precise Geolocation is collected only with your explicit consent to help you find the nearest Wally's location.

2. Texas Data Privacy Rights

In accordance with the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Texas residents have the right to:

• Access your data to confirm if we are processing it and obtain a copy.
• Correct your data by requesting that we fix inaccurate personal data.
• Delete your data by requesting the deletion of personal data provided by or obtained about you.
• Opt out of the processing of data for targeted advertising or the sale of personal data.

3. How to Manage Your Data

We provide multiple secure ways for you to exercise your privacy rights and manage your account.

Self-Service Profile Management

You can view, update, or correct your personal information such as your electronic mail or phone number at any time directly within the Account Settings or Profile section of the Wally's Application.

Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your Wally's Rewards account and all associated data, you may use the Delete Account feature in the application settings[cite: 1]. Please note that deleting your account will result in the permanent loss of all accrued loyalty points and rewards.

Formal Requests

To submit a formal request for data access or to opt out of data processing, you may use any of the following methods[:
